Founded by Brad Ekstam in the early 2000s, FASS (Fuel Air Separation Systems) is the #1 diesel fuel system and filtration upgrade on the market. Thanks to his years as a professional truck driver, Brad understood the substantial expense and hassle of aerated, watery fuel.

What is it? 

A FASS Diesel Fuel System provides industry-leading filtration by removing air/vapor, over 99% of water, and debris down to 2 Microns from fuel. Additionally, these systems can provide FAR more fuel flow than OEM; making them ideal for stock, modified, and competition-use diesels.

How does it work?  


Fuel is drawn from the tank—it then passes through primary and secondary filters that remove water, air, and contaminants, and is delivered at consistent pressure to the engine. 


  • The Extreme Water Separator traps over 99% of the water—all but eliminating the possibility of injection system contamination. 
  • Aerated fuel is returned to the fuel tank. 
  • As a truck runs, the fuel in the tank continuously cycles through the FASS Fuel System; an effect known as “fuel polishing”.
