This Makes Cold Starting Your Diesel Truck EASY

Cold temps slowing down your diesel? Get our High Output Heater Disk!

If you’ve ever operated a diesel engine in the cold, you know things can get difficult in a hurry. As temperatures drop, diesel fuel begins to gel–causing starting and operating issues. In extreme cases, a diesel engine can refuse to start altogether.

Thankfully, clever technology has forever solved the issues caused by cold climates. The tech we’re referring to of course, is our High Output Heater Desk Kit!

Designed and tested in-house, this thermostatically controlled kit automatically kicks on at 34° Fahrenheit, heating the fuel in your tank with a powerful 300-watt heating element. The second your diesel fuel reaches operating temps, the heater turns off to prevent overheating.

The proven fuel heating solution.

Speaking of testing, we’ve pushed our High Output Heater Disk Kit to temperatures below -30° Fahrenheit with pure #2 diesel fuel, and plan to test it below -60° in the near future!

Better still, this kit can be used in conjunction with our port-mounted Titanium Signature Series Fuel Heater Kits for unmatched cold weather performance! When used together, these kits will allow to operate like never before–even in the harshest conditions.
