Returns and Shipping
PLEASE NOTE: Depending on when an order is placed, orders shipping via Next-Day-Air/Overnight may not ship same-day. If you are placing an order in the evening or over the course of a weekend, your items will ship during normal operating hours.
RETURNS POLICY
Under no circumstances shall the SELLER and/or MANUFACTURER be liable for any damage or expenses incurred by reason of the use or sale of any such equipment. IN THE EVENT THAT THE BUYER DOES NOT AGREE WITH THIS AGREEMENT: THE BUYER MAY PROMPTLY RETURN THIS PRODUCT, IN A NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION, WITH A DATED PROOF OF PURCHASE, TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND, LESS SHIPPING. THE INSTALLATION OF THIS PRODUCT INDICATES THAT THE BUYER HAS READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTS ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- Please Note: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase—an RMA must be opened before shipping any product to FASS.

- Shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- The 10% restocking fee will be taken from the cost of goods amount paid.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to a refund being issued.
- To receive a refund, all returns must be purchased directly from FASS, in the original packaging, new, uninstalled, and will undergo a 72 point inspection.
- PO Box address are not an accepted shipping location.
- Any parcel that is returned to us due to an incorrect or PO Box address the purchaser will be responsible for any re-shipment fees incurred.
