No-Drop Kits vs. Drop-In Kits
July 30, 2024

No-Drop Kits:

First and foremost, a No-Drop Kit is actually two products in one. To make a No-Drop Kit, we combined a Titanium Signature Series Fuel System with a Fuel Sump Kit

You see, normally, installing a Titanium Signature Series Fuel System requires removing your truck’s fuel tank, modifying the factory in-tank fuel module, running fuel lines, and more. While there’s absolutely nothing wrong with doing that, many of our customers prefer to use a fuel sump kit—which bypasses that process.

With a No-Drop Kit, you’ll drill a single hole in your fuel tank, bolt the Fuel Sump Kit in, and run the fuel lines to your Titanium Signature Series Fuel System. This simple process saves hours of installation time compared to removing the fuel tank!

Unlike  Drop-In Fuel Systema No-Drop Kit is a complete fuel system replacement that provides upgraded fuel filtration and flow. By replacing your stock in-tank fuel pump, No-Drop Kits are ideal for trucks with slightly higher mileage (when the OEM fuel pump is more likely to go out) or have performance modifications that demand more fuel flow.

Beyond preventing the need to remove the fuel tank to install a Titanium Signature Series Fuel System, No-Drop Kits offer make improving your fuel filtration and flow much easier.

No-Drop Kit Information:

  • Includes one (1) Fuel Sump Kit and one (1) Titanium Signature Series Fuel system
  • Drastically improves fuel quality and flow
  • Replaces the OEM in-tank fuel pump
  • Available for stock and modified Cummins, Duramax, and Powerstroke
  • Flow rates available from 100GPH to 290GPH
  • Requires fuel tank modification
  • Ideal for diesel trucks with higher mileage and/or performance modifications

Drop-In Series Fuel Systems:

Drop-In Fuel Systems, by comparison, are inexpensive, plug-and-play filtration kits that utilize your stock fuel pump for flow, while drastically improving fuel quality. Because of their simplicity, Drop-In Fuel Systems are perfect for DIYers, and can easily be installed in the driveway.

Unlike No-Drop Kits, Drop-In Fuel Systems do not provide additional fuel flow, or require drilling a hole in your fuel tank. These plug-and-play kits bolt right into a factory mounting location, and plug into your factory fuel lines.

In many cases, a Drop-In Fuel System can be installed in less than an hour.

Drop-In Fuel Systems are ideal for trucks with lower mileage (when the OEM fuel pump has a lot of life left), and very few performance modifications, if any.

Drop-In Series Fuel System Information:

  • Includes one (1) Drop-In Series Filtration Kit
  • Drastically improves fuel quality
  • Retains the OEM in-tank fuel pump
  • Available for stock and lightly modified Cummins, Duramax, Powerstroke, and CAT
  • Plug-and-play design
  • Ideal for stock or nearly-stock diesel trucks with lower mileage
